It is a known fact that the entire school education delivery mechanism across the country is totally flawed. Since the fundamental school education is fragile, the college and university education becomes meaningless. As a result, even the educated are treated as uneducated in the job market.

This humanitarian campaign aims to get the directionless school education system in India revamped so that students could acquire contemporary skills that can help them progress in the modern information-driven world. 

The national government and the state governments of India have not taken any steps in the past many decades to modernize the archaic system that is not producing an employable workforce.

Similarly, teachers and parents are so ignorant about the requirements of the ever-evolving job market that they do not feel the need to design relevant courses and new teaching methodologies to empower students to earn their livelihoods. 

As a result, joblessness is spreading like a deadly disease in India and the unemployed students have become a veritable timebomb which can explode under increasing distress and cause serious civil unrest in the country.

The following video briefly describes the pitfalls in India’s education system and invites students, parents, and teachers to participate in the campaign to revamp the system so that the employability of students could be enhanced.

यह सर्वविदित तथ्य है कि देश भर में संपूर्ण स्कूली शिक्षा वितरण तंत्र पूरी तरह से दोषपूर्ण है। चूँकि बुनियादी स्कूली शिक्षा नाजुक है, इसलिए कॉलेज और विश्वविद्यालय की शिक्षा अर्थहीन हो जाती है। परिणामस्वरूप, नौकरी बाजार में शिक्षितों को भी अशिक्षित माना जाता है।

इस मानवीय अभियान का उद्देश्य भारत में दिशाहीन स्कूली शिक्षा प्रणाली को नया रूप देना है ताकि छात्र समकालीन कौशल हासिल कर सकें जो उन्हें आधुनिक सूचना-संचालित दुनिया में प्रगति करने में मदद कर सके।

भारत की राष्ट्रीय सरकार और राज्य सरकारों ने पिछले कई दशकों में उस पुरानी व्यवस्था को आधुनिक बनाने के लिए कोई कदम नहीं उठाया है जो रोजगार योग्य कार्यबल पैदा नहीं कर रही है।

इसी तरह, शिक्षक और माता-पिता लगातार विकसित हो रहे नौकरी बाजार की आवश्यकताओं के बारे में इतने अनभिज्ञ हैं कि उन्हें छात्रों को अपनी आजीविका कमाने के लिए सशक्त बनाने के लिए प्रासंगिक पाठ्यक्रम और नई शिक्षण पद्धतियों को डिजाइन करने की आवश्यकता महसूस नहीं होती है।

परिणामस्वरूप, भारत में बेरोजगारी एक घातक बीमारी की तरह फैल रही है और बेरोजगार छात्र एक वास्तविक टाइमबम बन गए हैं जो बढ़ते संकट के तहत फट सकता है और देश में गंभीर नागरिक अशांति पैदा कर सकता है।

निम्नलिखित वीडियो में भारत की शिक्षा प्रणाली की कमियों का संक्षेप में वर्णन किया गया है और छात्रों, अभिभावकों और शिक्षकों को इस प्रणाली को सुधारने के अभियान में भाग लेने के लिए आमंत्रित किया गया है ताकि छात्रों की रोजगार क्षमता को बढ़ाया जा सके।
