English Speaking Classes Arranged for Residents of President’s Estate
English speaking classes for the residents of President’s Estate were started by President’s Secretariat in association with Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited (TPDDL) as a welfare measure.
The Secretary to the President of India, Smt. Omita Paul, inaugurated the course on Sunday at Kalyan Kendra of President’s Estate in the presence of officials of President’s Secretariat and TPDDL.

Speaking on the occasion, the Secretary to the President highlighted the importance of spoken English and hoped that the programme would be useful and those taking part would benefit from it.

The current program is of six months duration and 44 persons have enrolled for classes which will be conducted by an NGO ‘SAVE’ associated with TDPPL.
