Read, Learn and Be Merry with Santa Claus
Santa Claus is coming to town early this season for 305 participants of Save the Children’s literacy programs. The event will be held at Augusta Elementary School in Augusta, Ark.
A Noerr Programs Santa, with a natural beard and a real belly laugh, will leave his temporary residence at Simon Property Group’s McCain Mall in North Little Rock to mark the launch of “Read, Learn and Be Merry”.
He will arrive by sleigh, bearing books that support a “Read, Learn and Be Merry” mission. At this annual early-literacy campaign, sponsored by Noerr and Save the Children, Santa will read a classic Christmas tale to children from kindergarten through fifth grades and deliver a new book to each child on behalf of Scholastic, Inc.

Save the Children and The Noerr Programs have teamed up for the third year of “The Santa Cause,” a partnership that values the act of giving back by emphasizing the importance of education support for underserved children living in rural America. Since the partnership began, Noerr has collected more than $325,000 to benefit children in need throughout the country.
