RMN KidComm – Art of Communications for Kids
RMN KidComm – Art of Communications for Kids
Raman Media Network (RMN) Company, which is a leading integrated technology media company specializing in emerging technologies and digital platforms, is now offering its KidComm service.
It is a supplementary education course to impart communication skills to school children in all age groups.
The Need
In today’s competitive world, all forms of communications play an important role in the professional growth of any individual. In fact, today no education is complete for a student without learning the finer nuances of expression and communications. Now it is an imperative; not an option.
However, the traditional educational methods used by schools to impart conventional education to children are not enough to help them compete in the modern knowledge- and communications-driven world.
Schools can teach language to students, but they don’t teach how to express with that language. Even teachers are not qualified to understand and teach the right art of communications to students.
Moreover, most schools are neither fully equipped nor inclined to go beyond run-of-the-mill classroom teaching. As a result, even after attending the best schools, most students lack confidence as they can’t communicate properly. Since parents are fully dependent on school teachers, they are not able to guide their children.
Obviously, children suffer. Their inability to communicate in a professional ambiance becomes a major bottleneck in their career advancement. We – at RMN Company – believe that even after getting best of the degrees, most students are not able to perform well in their careers because they lack communication skills.
And communication skills are not about language alone. Rather, it is a combination of observation, analysis, subject knowledge, and expression that helps a child get complete understanding of communications – for reading, speaking, talking, writing, and expressing.
KidComm Service
Our KidComm service is designed to address this emerging need. While communications education should begin very early in a child’s education program, it helps them in their entire education lifecycle and later in their careers.
It is also believed that students and professionals with better communication skills are always more confident about themselves and progress faster than others in their lives and careers.
With a strong belief in the power of communications, RMN Company has devised a structured communications methodology under the brand name KidComm to offer communications education to school children.
The main modules of this service are:
- Observation Fundamentals
- Information Analysis
- Communications Classification
- Modern English-language Skills
- Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Debating Skills
- Identification of Target Audience
- One-to-One and One-to-Many Forms of Communication
- Creative Writing
- Social Communications
- Digital Communications
- Content Creation and Communications in Specialized Fields
The KidComm methodology is developed by the RMN Company’s CEO, Rakesh Raman, who is an award-winning journalist, writer, and modern communications expert.
The KidComm service is being offered mainly to school children of any age. However, it can be extremely useful for school teachers who want to enhance their skills.
Currently, KidComm is being offered in the following streams:
- To individual children
- To teachers who want to modernize and enhance their teaching skills
- To schools that want to introduce KidComm as a value-addition to their existing education system
- To NGOs working in the field of children and teachers’ training
